Documentation Log
The Documentation Log keeps track of every change made to documents and contracts on a global level. Every update to a contract document or contract profile is automatically added to the Documentation Log, leaving an audit trail of who has done what to a product or contract, and when they did it. As such, it is arguably the most important component of the contract maintenance process, since it ties the other components together. It allows FinThrive users to keep track of all activities from group to group, and in so doing increases productivity by maintaining accountability for an item and insuring that miscommunication between groups are less likely to occur.
