Update the Company Name for a Profile

1. Access the Update Contract page.
   • Select Go To > Contract Loading > Contract Profile Management. The Contract Profile Management page opens.
   • Right-click a link in the Contract Name column and select Promote from the right-click menu.

Note: The right click feature is only available with IE 11, and may not work as expected with Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.

• The Promote Contract Profile page opens.

• Click Update Contract. The Update Contract page opens.

The Update Contract link only displays if there are no profiles for the current contract in production.

2. Select the contract profile you want to update from the Contract list.
3. Type the company name you want to associate with this contract profile in the Company Name field.
4. Click Update Contract.

The following table describes the fields on the Update Contract (con_maintenance.asp) page. For internal users only, the source information is given for some fields, in the format: “Table.Field.”

Field	Description
Company Name	The company name associated with the contract profile
Contract	Name of the contract profile Source: CONTRACT.TAC_DESC
Facility/Location	Facility in which the profile was created Source: CONTRACT.DOMDEF
