Internal Categories
The Internal Category field is only available to FinThrive users. This field allows FinThrive users to assign a category that more clearly identifies the nature of the Communication Log item for internal purposes. The item type selected determines which internal categories are available for a specific item. The following table describes the internal categories that are available for each item type.
