Comment Flags

The Communication Log includes a place for you to add comments to further explain an item. Optional comment flags provide an easy way to clarify each comment. When possible, you should flag your item comments with either “Question to FinThrive” or “General Information” for easier organization and research later — or for FinThrive users, with one of the following labels:

• Proposed Resolution (FinThrive only)
• Question to FinThrive
• Question to Facility (FinThrive only)
• General Information
• FinThrive Only – only FinThrive users can see this comment.

By using comment flags, you provide better organization for future clarification and research.
