Maintain Contract Images
The Contract Image Maintenance page allows you to view, add, update and delete records that exist in the system’s Contract Image table.

Use this procedure to add a new contract image to a contract profile.
Procedure
- To access the Contract Image Maintenance page, select Go To > Contract Maintenance > Contract Image Maintenance.
- Select a profile name from the Contract Profile list. The page automatically updates to show the information for the selected profile.
- Type a new contract image file name in a blank Image ID field.
- To select from a list of available contract image file names:
- Click Search in a blank Image ID field. The Contract Image Selection page opens.
- This page displays a list of all available image files, including the image ID, file size, and the date the file was received by FinThrive.
- Click the Image ID you want to associate with this contract profile. The selection page closes, and the selected Image ID displays in the Contract Image Maintenance page.
- Select the type of image you are associating from the Image Type list. Select one of the following:
- R - Rate Schedule
- M - Master Document
- I - Miscellaneous Correspondence
- F - Associated Tables/Fee Schedules
- If you select F - Associated Tables/Fee Schedules, the following additional fields display that allow you to enter more information about the image:
- Effective Date - The effective date of the table or fee schedule
- Description - A brief description to identify the table or fee schedule. This description displays as an option on the View/Edit Contract Profile page.
- Type any additional information you want to associate with the image in the Image Note field.
- Click Update Contract Images. The Add was successful! message appears, and the new contract image is added to the list.
- Optionally, you can perform any of the following tasks while on this page:
- Click Edit Contract Profile to access the Contract Profile Maintenance page and modify the profile listed. For more information, refer to View or Edit a Contract Profile.
- Update an existing contract image. For more information, refer to Edit a Contract Image.
- Delete an existing contract image. For more information, refer to Delete a Contract Image.
- Click View in the Image ID column to view the PDF image of a specific document. For more information, refer to View a Contract Image or Rate Image.
- Click Reset to delete all the data and return a blank page. Any populated fields or results lists are lost when you click Reset.

Use this procedure to edit an existing contract image.
Procedure
- To access the Contract Image Maintenance page, select Go To > Contract Maintenance > Contract Image Maintenance.
- Select a profile name from the Contract Profile list. The page automatically updates to show the information for the selected profile.
- Modify one or more of the edit fields.
- Be sure that Update is selected in the Action column drop-down list, and then click Update Contract Images. The Update was successful! message appears.
- Optionally, you can perform any of the following tasks while on this page:
- Click Edit Contract Profile to access the Contract Profile Maintenance page and modify the profile listed. For more information, refer to View or Edit a Contract Profile.
- Edit and update another contract image, using the procedure outlined above.
- Delete an existing contract image. For more information, refer to Delete a Contract Image.
- Click View in the Image ID column to view the PDF image of a specific document. For more information, refer to View a Contract Image or Rate Image.
- Click Reset to delete all the data and return a blank page. Any populated fields or results lists are lost when you click Reset.

Use this procedure to delete an existing image for a contract profile.
Procedure
- To access the Contract Image Maintenance page, select Go To > Contract Maintenance > Contract Image Maintenance.
- Select a profile name from the Contract Profile list. The page automatically updates to show the information for the selected profile.
- Select Delete in the Action drop-down list for one or more of the contract images, and then click Update Contract Images.The Delete was successful! message appears.
- Optionally, you can perform any of the following tasks while on this page:
- Click Edit Contract Profile to access the Contract Profile Maintenance page and modify the profile listed. For more information, refer to View or Edit a Contract Profile.
- Edit and update another contract image. For more information, refer to Edit a Contract Image.
- Delete another contract image, using the procedure outlined above.
- Click View in the Image ID column to view the PDF image of a specific document. For more information, refer to View a Contract Image or Rate Image.
- Click Reset to delete all the data and return a blank page. Any populated fields or results lists are lost when you click Reset.

Use this procedure to view an existing contract image or rate image.
Procedure
- To access the Contract Image Maintenance page, select Go To > Contract Maintenance > Contract Image Maintenance.
- Select a profile name from the Contract Profile list. The page automatically updates to show the information for the selected profile.
- Click the View link to the right of the appropriate Image ID field. The Contract Image View page opens.
- Click the View Contract Image link. The contract image displays as a modified PDF file.
- Review the PDF file.
Once you see the image, you can use various tools, like bookmarks or the Find feature, to view specific parts of the contract.
- Optionally, you can click one of the following links to cancel the image request (depending on your facility setup):
- Back to Main Report
- Close Window
