Edit UB Display Preferences

The Edit UB Preferences page lets you set your display preferences for UB information. By default, Contract Manager displays data in the form it was received. For example, UB-04 claims are displayed in UB-04 format and UB92 claims are displayed in UB92 format. However, you can override the way the data displays to either format. For example, you can display all data, regardless of the format in which it was received in the UB-04 format

Use this procedure to edit your UB display preferences.

Procedure

  1. To access the UB Preferences page, select Go To > Account Research > Edit UB Preferences.
  2. Select one of the following options under UB04 Display Preference:
    • Select Display UB04 as UB04 (default) to display all UB04 data in the UB04 format on the UB Representation page.
    • Select Display UB04 as UB92 to display all UB04 data in the UB92 format on the UB Representation page.
  3. Select one of the following options under UB92 Display Preference:
    • Select Display UB92 as UB92 (default) to display all UB92 data in the UB92 format on the UB Representation page.
    • Select Display UB92 as UB04 to display all UB92 data in the UB04 format on the UB Representation page.
  4. Click Submit to save your changes.
