Pro CPT Bundling

The Pro CPT Bundling tool allows you to compare bundled CPT codes on a professional claim with conditional codes you define. If both bundled and conditional codes appear on a claim, bundled codes are repriced to $0.00.

To bundle CPT codes from a manually entered list of codes:

• Type the first CPT code in the From field of the Bundled Codes section.
• Type the last CPT code in the To field of the Bundled Codes section.

To bundle CPT codes from an existing lookup table:

• Click in the Or field of the Bundled Codes section to view a list of lookup tables.
• Select the lookup table you choose from the Or list of the Bundled Codes section.

To qualify bundled codes, define conditional codes:

• Type the first CPT code in the From field of the Conditional Codes section.
• Type the last CPT code in the To field of the Conditional Codes section.

To select conditional codes from an existing lookup table:

• Click in the Or field of the Conditional Codes section to view a list of lookup tables.
• Select the lookup table you choose from the Or list of the Conditional Codes section.

Click + to add a configuration row to the Pro CPT Bundling reimbursement tool.

• Click - to remove a configuration from the Pro CPT Bundling reimbursement tool.

Select Ignore Mod 59 to exclude codes with Modifier 59 from bundling, regardless of comparison to conditional codes.
