Medicare IP

You must add a service type and define reimbursement (using the Medicare IP reimbursement tool) for each inpatient service in your contract. The following inpatient Medicare service types are available in the Universal service type table:

• Medicare Psych IP DRG
• Medicare Rehab IP
• Medicare SNF IP
• All IP (for acute services)
