The DRG Lookup tool calculates reimbursement based on a DRG weight table.
From the drop-down list within this calculator term, select the appropriate DRG table. Type the conversion price that is multiplied by the weight to get an expected reimbursement.
- DRG Table Name is not designed to reference procedure lookup tables containing DRG codes. It is only designed to reference DRG weight tables.
- In Conversion Price, do not type a dollar sign ($).
- Use a decimal to express a dollar amount, such as 7039.70. You are not required to use a decimal for a whole dollar amount, such as 7040.
