Execute Distributed Modeling
Distributed modeling is a Contract Modeling feature for executing models that speed up run times for patient lists.
Note: Not all facilities use Distributed Modeling. The following options only display for facilities using Distributed Modeling.

Follow these steps to execute a distributed model of your patient list:
- Click Go To > Contract Modeling > Advanced Contract Modeling.
- Click the model name you want to open.
- Click Execute (Distributed) to build your patient list.
Note: The Patient List feature for Distributed Modeling is updated as of 09/19/2019 to allow more consistent patient lists. This patient list remains static unless the patient list is rebuilt (edited) or a new list is created. If you need to rebuild an existing patient list, see Execute and Rebuild (Distributed) Option.

Follow these steps to rebuild your existing patient list using distributed modeling:
- Click Go To > Contract Modeling > Advanced Contract Modeling.
- Click the model name you want to open.
- Click the Execute (Distributed) drop-down.
- Click Execute and Rebuild (Distributed) to rebuild your patient list.

Follow these steps to execute a distributed model of your patient list. This option also generates a file that is sent to Contract Manager Analyzer (CMA).
- Click Go To > Contract Modeling > Advanced Contract Modeling.
- Click the model name you want to open.
- Click the Execute (Distributed) drop-down.
- Click Execute (Distributed) and Analyze to build your patient list and send the generated file to Contract Manager Analyzer (CMA).

If you need to rebuild an existing patient list and generate/send CMA file, see Execute and Rebuild (Distributed) and Analyze Option.
Once the model execution is complete, you receive an email indicating a successful completion and that the results have been submitted to the Contract Analyzer solution.
The CMA notification provides successful or failure emails on the Contract Manager side of the process for the following:
-
When the process is successful, the email body includes: results are being sent to Analyzer.
-
When the process fails, the model requester receives the following:
-
Email with subject line: CMA Process Error
-
Email body that includes: The request to send the Model data to the Analyzer product experienced an error and could not be completed. Contact Customer Support for additional assistance or resubmit the Model request.
