The Communication Log and the FinThrive Community Portal

Contract Manager allows authorized users to inform FinThrive of issues with contracts and accounts, data exchange errors, or other items, such as desired enhancements. There are two tools available for this communication:

The Communication Log is the original communication tool provided by Contract Manager. The Community Portal is a newer communication tool that allows you to submit and track communication with FinThrive, but also provides access to the FinThrive Knowledge Base and allows you to download application updates. All clients currently using the Communication Log will eventually be migrated to the Community Portal.
