Select Fields to Export

Use the Select Fields to Export page to select fields from the Assign/Update Collection Information page to export.

  1. Access the Select Fields to Export page.
    • Select Go To > Collections Tracking > from Collections Worklist. The Collections Worklist page opens.
    • Specify selection criteria and then click Display Accounts. The Assign/Update Collection Information page opens.
    • Click Export. The Collections Export Options page opens.
    • Select Custom Selection from the Export Fields list and click Custom. The Select Fields to Export page opens.
  2. Select the check boxes for the fields you want to include in the export.
  3. Optionally, you can perform one of the following actions:
    • Click Save Settings to save the custom fields for future use.
    • Click Select All to select every field on the list.
    • Click Deselect All to deselect any fields selected.
  4. Click Submit Fields. The Collections Export Options page opens. For more information, refer to Collections Export Options.
