CMS 1500 Form Updates

The following updates are available on the CMS 1500 form in CodeCheck Pro Part B:

Updated the Diagnosis or Nature of Illness or Injury section to the allowed number of diagnosis codes per claim.
Added short descriptions of entered diagnosis codes allowing users to verify the code entered is correct.
Added Place of Service column, Days/Units column, and a Diagnosis Pointers column in the Procedure Information section.
Added short description for CPT/HCPCS codes. Hover over the description to see the full description in a tooltip.
Added an information icon next to entered modifiers. Click the icon to be navigated to the Modifier Detail page in Knowledge Source.
Added the following disclaimer: *Please Note: These fields are NOT used while calculating the output at this time and will be available in a future release. The Diagnosis Pointers will default to all procedure codes as it does in production today.
Updated the Submit button to read: Validate CodeCheck.
