Peer Hospitals

Those with Knowledge Source Manager roles can choose the hospitals that appear on the Peer Hospital Pricing portion of the Facility Reimbursement details on the Code Base CPT/HCPCS page.

Procedure

1. Click Setup > Peer Hospitals.

Note: Any hospitals already selected show here. This page shows the Medicare Provide Number (MPN), Name, Address, City, State and Zip of the hospitals.

2. Click Add to add hospitals to the Peer Hospital list.
3. Enter a City, State, Radius, and Zip Code.

• If you enter only a city, you can see all hospitals in cities of the same name in any state.
• If you enter only a state, you can see a list of all hospitals in that state.
• The radius and zip code fields work together. Enter a radius (in miles) and a five-digit zip code. When you click Search, you can see a list of hospitals in zip codes within your defined radius.

4. Select the hospitals (up to 10, using Ctrl key to select multiples) and click Add Selected.
5. Select any or all of the hospitals in your list and click Delete Selected to remove them from the list.
