Custom Fee Schedule

The Custom Fee Schedule page lists all uploaded custom fee schedules for the selected facility, as well as the user who uploaded them, and the date of upload. You can upload new custom fee schedules and delete existing ones. All custom fee schedules that are uploaded or deleted here are reflected on the Reimbursement Detail page.

Upload a New Custom Fee Schedule

Procedure

Note: You can load up to five fee schedules.

  1. Click Setup in the Main Menu.
  2. Select Custom Fee Schedule. The page opens in a new tab.
  3. Click Upload Custom Fee Schedule.
  4. Enter a name for your custom fee schedule.
  5. Click Browse to locate your file.
  6. Click Upload. Your file is added as a line item in the Custom Fee Schedule tab.

Note: To delete a fee schedule, click Delete in the Action column for the desired fee schedule.
