ICD-9 Procedure Codes

Use this procedure to view ICD-9 Procedure information.

Procedure

1. Type an ICD-9 Procedure code in the Search field. You can also select an ICD-9 Procedure code from Search.

• If you want to view ICD-10 information, click any of the hyperlinked codes under Related ICD-10 PCS Codes in the Code Details section. These ICD-10 crosswalks help you more easily identify ICD-10 codes and learn them. Clicking an ICD-10 code takes you to a new tab which gives you details about that specific ICD-10 code.

Note: If there are more than five codes available and you want to view them all, click the hyperlink See all [insert number] related ICD-10 PCS Codes and you can view a comprehensive list of all ICD-10 codes related to the ICD-9 Proc code. To return to the previous ICD-9 Code Details page, click the ICD-9 Code Detail button in the icon toolbar.
